There has been a recent news article that MGY is likely to make a comeback through a sageuk that will air at the end of this year (http://bit.ly/lXs6uO), BUT a representative from Moon's agency has tweeted that there is not even a 1% possibility that Moon will be doing that drama.
Moon's agency clarified that there is no truth to the article. She will NOT be appearing in that sageuk.
